LIBERTÉ CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Welcome to your everyday Cabernet.

The 2017 Liberté Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from the mountains Paso Robles, where the Cabernet grape achieves a fine balance of rich varietal flavors and textural elegance.

Tasting Notes
This wine is all about delivering a true Cabernet experience in an approachable style. Warm aromas of cherry and plum anticipate classic varietal notes of black olive and tobacco. A smooth, rounded palate reveals a mingling of red and black fruits with hints of cedar and clove spice, all converging on a soft finish. Enjoy this wine with grilled burgers, roast beef and veggie pizza.

LIBERTÉ PINOT
NOIR

A Pinot for the people.

The 2017 Liberté Pinot Noir was grown just 14 miles from the Pacific Ocean in San Luis Obispo County, where the cooling marine air provides perfect conditions for this delicate red grape.

Tasting Notes
This wine offers everything you want from your Pinot Noir without breaking the bank. Fresh aromas of strawberry and red cherry show hints of sweet spice. A round, jammy texture delivers luscious flavors of plum, cherry, cedar and cinnamon. A hint of black pepper lingers on a juicy, balanced finish. Savor this wine with roast chicken, grilled salmon and creamy pasta.

Our Story

Liberté wines reflect the promise of the New World.

In the Old World, winemaking is governed by rigid laws from one region to the next. Emancipated from this tyranny, the modern vintner dreams of something more original. We grow the grapes we want and make our wines the way we see fit, always in pursuit of exploration and innovation.

This is what Liberté wines stand for—the freedom to create without constraint.

Our Region

Liberté wines come from Paso Robles in San Luis Obispo County on California’s Central Coast.

We source our Cabernet Sauvignon from warmer sites that ensure rich varietal flavors, while our Pinot Noir comes from cooler coastal locations where the marine air is more pronounced.

Paso Robles resides halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Here, the nearby Pacific Ocean brings a moderating effect to the warm Mediterranean climate, while rocky soils and diverse topography allow for wines of character and dimension.

Once hailed as an emerging force, Paso Robles is today renowned as one of California’s premier regions for world-class wine.
